MILAN MALPENSA AIRPORT FACILITIES

Airport Reduced Mobility Service (Sala Amica)
- In Terminal 1 the main Sala Amica lounge is situated on Level 2 check-in area 1. Two more Sala Amica lounges are located in the departure gate area,s A and B.
- In Terminal 2 an assistance service point is available in the check-in area.
VIP Business Lounges
VIP and business lounges with dedicated services are available at Malpensa airport. Business travellers should check with there airline to determine which facilities are open to them.
Lost And Found
This service does not handle queries for lost luggage or items left on aircraft. For queries about items lost or left on aircraft, please contact the handling agent for your airline.
Foreign Exchange
Foreign Exchange outlets are present in Milan Malpensa Airport to ensure that you have access to currency whenever you need it.

MALPENSA AIRPORT PROCEDURES
At the airport
To ensure your journey is a smooth one, please ensure that you read the latest airport and airline regulations about what you can and cannot take on board the aircraft.
Hand baggage
Each airline has their own policy regarding the amount of hand baggage allowed on their aircraft and we strongly recommend that information regarding this is sought directly from the Airline before travel.
Liquids
Passengers may carry small quantities (maximum of 100 ml per container) of liquids, gels, creams and aerosols in the cabin of the aircraft. These containers may only be carried in a transparent resealable plastic bag that does not exceed 18 x 20 cm. The envelope can not be put in the hand baggage. Each passenger can carry only one envelope.
Large electrical items / Laptops
Laptops and other complex items of electrical equipment have to be removed from hand luggage and screened separately.
Medicines and Baby Foods
Passengers will also be allowed to carry in their hand luggage medicines and dietary requirements including baby foods, for use during the flight.
After Security Shopping
The goods bought after security control will be sealed into a transparent plastic bag with cash slip. Passengers must not open them till the final destination.
Do Not Forget
Before the airport Before you arrive at Malpensa Airport, make sure you have a valid passport (and visa
where necessary) for your trip. Many authorities require a passport that is valid for at least six months from the time you fly. If you need help and advice, contact your airline. On domestic flights, airlines now require to see appropriate photo identity. Please check with your airline about which forms of photo identity are acceptable.
Check-In times
Please check your ticket or travel itinerary, or contact your airline for advice on check in times. Generally, check in desks open 2 3 hours before the flight is due to depart.
